Tuition Policy
Advanced payment reserves the day and time of your lessons. Payment for lessons or classes is accepted only at the Customer Service Counter and must be made prior to the start of your lessons or class. Re-enrollment payment for lessons must be made at your last scheduled lesson and may be made on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. Tuition for group classes covers the future weeks falling between the first Mondays of each month, and, as such, rates may fluctuate with the number of weeks in a session. A late fee of $5.00 will be charged for past due payments, and a $25 service fee will be charged on all returned checks. Single lessons and classes are available on a limited basis at an additional cost.
Students are responsible for purchasing their own supplies as needed, on the recommendation of their teachers.

Cancellations
Private Lessons: Based on availability, make-up of private lessons may be scheduled within the existing contract if the Learning Center Director is notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. One make-up private lesson per contract may be added to the length of the contract because of student cancellation. No other lesson cancellations will be made-up. In the event your teacher is absent, at your discretion, the Learning Center Director will make every effort to provide another qualified teacher, schedule a make-up lesson, or refund your tuition for that lesson.
Group Classes: To discontinue lessons, please contact the Learning Center Director. Refunds are not issued on group lessons, courses, or participation in bands, as we are unable to add new students to groups, courses, and bands that are underway.

- Private music instruction is scheduled on ½ hour increments at a rate of
- $20.00 per instruction when purchased in blocks of 4 or more concurrent sessions.
- $22.00 per instruction when purchasing less than 4 concurrent sessions.
- Workshops (one hour class)
- $20.00 per session per student for quartets and larger groups.
- $30.00 per session per student for duets and trios.
- Summer Camps (June - August)
- Rates vary depending on camp.
- Master Classes
- Rates vary depending on artist, call for price and watch for up coming events.
- Acting
- $20.00 per session per student for group instruction for 1 hour.
- $25.00 per session per student for private instruction for 30 minutes.
- Dance Classes: Four student minimum for all classes.
